I am a B.A.M. Hitman which is not part of Coalition but also a freelance hitman.
So I am a special Hitman for Coalition. In times of wars if you need extra funds to end a war. I am your last resort to call in.. Currently at 185 Billion in War Funds and counting on the Razi account. Not counting the other accounts.
Only Bosses and Underbosses can open the War Funds.
